Try Viral is an AI content tool for short-form video creators. It helps you generate scripts, analyze hooks and captions, and plan a 7-day posting calendar.

Try Viral supports Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In. Your provider sends a signed identity token to our backend for verification. We process a provider-specific user identifier and, when supplied, your email address to authenticate you and maintain your app session.
Your first and last name, selected role, saved scripts, analyses, and plans currently remain on your device unless the app clearly tells you cloud sync has been enabled. Authentication sessions are stored in the iOS Keychain.
Content you submit. When you generate, analyze, or plan content, the topic, caption, hook, or niche you enter is sent to our backend so we can return a result.
Generated content. Scripts, scores, suggestions, and content calendars may be shown in the app and can be saved locally on your device if you choose to save them.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information such as request time, endpoint, IP address, user agent, and error logs to deliver and secure the service.
Subscription status. Apple processes Try Viral Pro purchases. Try Viral does not receive your full payment-card details. The app processes StoreKit transaction status to unlock and restore subscription access.
What we do not collect. We do not collect precise location, contacts, health data, payment card details, or advertising identifiers. We do not track you across other apps or websites for advertising.

Try Viral's AI features run through our backend hosted on Vercel. When provider credentials are available, your submitted text is sent to the OpenAI API to generate or analyze content. If the AI provider is temporarily unavailable, the backend may return a structured fallback result so the app remains usable.
Your submitted text is used to return your result. It is not used by us to train AI models.
The iOS app is distributed by Apple through the App Store. Apple provides Apple Sign-In and processes subscription purchases under Apple's privacy policies. Google processes authentication when you choose Google Sign-In.

Saved library items and onboarding details are stored locally on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Keychain authentication sessions are removed when you sign out or delete your account in the app.
Text submitted to the backend is processed to return your result. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for operations, abuse prevention, security, debugging, and legal compliance.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS encryption in transit between the app and backend. No internet service is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access and reduce risk.

Trifid Media is based in the United Arab Emirates. Our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States.
