Try Viral Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

Effective date: July 12, 2026

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Trifid Media, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Trifid Media," "we," "us," or "our"), the publisher of the Try Viral mobile application and related services (the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Try Viral, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your use of Try Viral on Apple devices is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at:

1. What Try Viral Does

Try Viral is an AI-assisted content tool for short-form video creators. The Service helps you:

The Service is provided for creative assistance only. We do not guarantee that any post will go viral, receive a specific number of views, increase followers, generate revenue, or achieve any other result.

2. Accounts, Local Data, and Usage Limits

Try Viral supports Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In. We verify the signed identity token supplied by your chosen provider and issue a secure app session. Your name, role selection, generated content, and saved library currently remain on your device unless the app clearly tells you cloud sync has been enabled.

The free tier includes 3 generations per day. Try Viral Pro provides unlimited standard AI generations subject to reasonable fair-use, safety, and abuse-prevention controls.

Try Viral Pro Subscription

Try Viral Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription offered through Apple In-App Purchase. The expected United States price is $9.99 USD per month; Apple's localized price shown before purchase controls.

3. AI Processing

When you generate, analyze, or plan content, the topic, caption, hook, or niche you submit is sent to our backend so the Service can return a result.

Our backend is hosted on Vercel. When provider credentials are available, submitted text may be processed through the OpenAI API. If the AI provider is temporarily unavailable, the backend may return a structured fallback result so the app remains usable.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and deciding whether to publish or rely on any output. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, outdated, or unsuitable for your needs.

Outputs are not legal, financial, medical, professional, or marketing advice.

4. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are under the age required to maintain an Apple ID in your country without parental consent, you may use Try Viral only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Try Viral lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the Service to create, request, submit, store, or distribute content that:

You also must not:

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or if needed to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

6. Your Content and Ownership

As between you and Trifid Media, you own the content you submit to the Service ("Inputs") and, to the extent permitted by law, the content the Service generates for you ("Outputs").

You are responsible for your Inputs and Outputs, including making sure you have the rights to submit Inputs and that your use of Outputs complies with applicable law and third-party platform rules.

You grant Trifid Media a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit, display, and use your Inputs and Outputs only as needed to operate, secure, support, and provide the Service to you.

Because AI systems can generate similar responses for similar requests, Outputs may be similar or identical to outputs provided to other users. We do not guarantee exclusivity or uniqueness.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Third-Party Services and Platforms

Try Viral may reference platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Try Viral is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms.

If you publish content on any third-party platform, you are responsible for following that platform's terms, community guidelines, advertising rules, and applicable law.

The Service uses third-party providers including Vercel for hosting, OpenAI for AI processing when used, and Apple for App Store distribution and platform services.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using the Service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that Outputs will be accurate, useful, unique, or suitable for your needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trifid Media, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, reach, followers, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trifid Media and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your Inputs, Outputs, published content, use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or if needed to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and Apple-specific terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

You and Trifid Media acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Trifid Media only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.

The license granted to you for Try Viral is a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules and the Apple EULA.

Trifid Media, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance and support for the Service. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.

Trifid Media, not Apple, is responsible for claims relating to the app, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer-protection or similar legislation.

If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, Trifid Media, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not listed on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it against you.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Apple EULA are the entire agreement between you and Trifid Media regarding the Service.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
